What you can expect to be doing:
You will work in a small team of training administrators who manage the day-to-day co-ordination of the Pan-Dorset Safeguarding Children training provision(PDSCP).
Provision of the multi-agency Safeguarding training enables staff to work effectively both within their own agency and across organisational boundaries.
The work involves a range of activities including (but not limited to):
•Handling general training queries e.g., bookings, course information, and distribution of certificates) via email and telephone
•Uploading of course information and management through the Dorset Nexus platform
•Sending out booking reminders, invite links and registers in a timely manner
•Ensuring master spreadsheets and relevant training files e.g., registers are marked accordingly and kept up to date
•Liaising with training providers, delegates and various teams within the local authority Children’s Services and partner agencies
•Maintaining information and undertaking research and analysing data to provide performance and management reporting as required
•Provide support in regard to course take up and offering recommendations to ensure maximum return on investment
•Overseen by the other team administrators and working together to ensure cover for A/L and sickness
