About the role

ROLE: Admin Assistant
SCHOOL: Hampreston CE VA First School
HOURS: Part Time, term time only, 8.30am - 3.30pm (Monday-Friday)
SALARY: Grade 3, SCP 3
CLOSING DATE: Wednesday 11th June 2025 at 12.00pm
INTERVIEW DATE: Wednesday 18th June 2025
START DATE: July 2025

We are looking for an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to work in our busy school office as part of our community at Hampreston CE VA First School. You will join our friendly, committed team at this happy and successful Church school. This is a part-time, term time only position to start in July 2025.

The successful candidate would be required to work term-time only for 32.5 hours a week, 39 weeks per year. They will report to the Office Manager who will guide them through the daily requirements to ensure efficient running of the school office. The successful candidate will be a good communicator who has a warm, welcoming manner with the efficiency and skills needed to support the office and our school community.
