We are seeking to appoint a Drop Off Club Assistant to start 5 September 2025.
Cranborne CE First School & Nursery are seeking a person to fulfil the responsibilities' of Early Morning Club, 7:25am to 8:25am, Monday to Friday.
We would be very interested to hear from you if you are able to:
- confidently interact with children with enthusiasm and patience
- build relationships with pupils, staff and parents and show excellent interpersonal skills
- to meet the social and emotional needs of the children
- foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and able to set clear boundaries for children’s behaviour
Successful applicants will have:
- a good understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- a calm and positive approach and a warm personality
- a childcare qualification or equivalent and experience of working with young children
- good time management and organisational skills
- a commitment to excellence in all they do, fostering high expectations of all pupils, including vulnerable groups
