About the Post

- Deliver CPD and work with teaching staff to embed inclusive behaviour strategies in the classroom.
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with external agencies to support students with complex needs.
- Promote restorative approaches and lead reintegration planning for students returning from suspension.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 A*-C GCSE qualifications (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
