  • Develop your skills across digital and print media, brand management, and content creation.
  • Flexible working arrangements and access to professional development.
  • Be part of a forward-thinking council tackling big challenges like climate change, digital transformation, and community engagement.

 What you’ll be doing

  • Designing high-quality graphics and content for campaigns, websites, social media, and print.
  • Managing the Dorset Council brand and ensuring consistency across all communications.
  • Supporting colleagues with brand advice and creative guidance.
  • Leading multiple design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Creating engaging content including photography, video, and audio.
  • Working with external suppliers to ensure best value and quality.

 What we’re looking for

  • A degree (or equivalent) in graphic design.
  • Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio showing creative work across digital and traditional media.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and advising senior colleagues.
  • A commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
