Teacher – Part Time
Start date: November 2025, or later for the right candidate
Term: Part Time, 3 or 4 days per week to include Monday and Friday.
Contract type: Fixed for one year, may be extended.
Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 Full Time Equivalent depending on experience

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and creative qualified teacher to join our team from November 2025, or later for the right candidate. As a qualified teacher you will be able to utilise your skill set away from whiteboards, exercise books and the four walls of a traditional classroom and instead have time and space to share your knowledge in a practical, outdoor environment that welcomes flexibility and fun. Duties:
- to build meaningful relationships with children with SEN and SEMH needs
- to adapt and utilise your teaching experience to create and lead a diverse range of fun and engaging activities
- to help to look after the onsite animals
- to contribute to children's portfolios using written and photographic evidence
- to ensure the safeguarding of our young people
- to be able to tailor your knowledge of the National Curriculum to meet the needs and learning styles of our young people
