About the role

The governors of Corpus Christi wish to appoint a Fixed Term classroom teacher who is passionate, highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking who will support the future development of our much loved school. 

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Will inspire and challenge children, staff and parents to ensure high expectations of behaviour and achievement for all pupils
  • Will be an excellent classroom practitioner or aspiring to be an excellent classroom practitioner
  • Has a desire to build upon high standards of pastoral care
  • Can communicate effectively with all stakeholders and outside agencies

Keeping Children Safe in Education

Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
