We currently have an opportunity within the team, focusing on domiciliary care, with scope over time to build experience across more areas while developing a specialism.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you’ll work closely with local care providers, operational teams and health partners to commission services that deliver positive outcomes and make best use of public funding.
You’ll help shape and deliver commissioning activity through strong relationships, data-led insight and effective contract management, ensuring services meet agreed quality, performance and value expectations while responding to local need.
About you
- experience or knowledge of social care, health or related support services
- strong analytical, planning and organisational skills, including working confidently with Excel data
- experience of partnership working, negotiation and delivering projects or programmes
- understanding of the local care market, particularly older people’s services, is desirable
- a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable people
- you’ll be a confident communicator who can balance attention to detail with an understanding of the wider system.
