About the role

In this school, awarded ‘Good’ by Ofsted we are seeking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team.  Wellbeing is at the heart of our leadership, and we strive for quality teaching and a healthy work/life balance.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual to play an important role in enabling pupils to achieve their full learning potential, facilitating their personal, academic, social and emotional development in the role of Higher Level teaching assistant. Job/Person Summary:

This role will involve:

  • Working with pupils across the Primary Phase
  • Delivering high quality lessons – planned by, or with, the teaching team for regular PPA sessions.
  • Being adaptable and flexible, providing cover for teacher absence.
  • Working effectively alongside and under the direction of, the class teacher and leadership.
  • Contributing and supporting a dynamic team.
