About the role

We are seeking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant where the successful candidate may work within a whole class, with small groups of children or on a 1:1 basis.
 
Our ideal candidate would have the ability to motivate and encourage children; be enthusiastic, responsible and would enjoy working with children. They should have good inter-personal skills and a desire to support children with their learning; promote high standards of behaviour and believe that all children can succeed. The post holder must have English and Maths GCSE grade C or above and an NVQ level 2 qualification for teaching assistants or equivalent.
