Salary: Grade 6, Point 6 - 9: £8,923- £9,357per annum (subject to experience)*
Contract: Permanent, 15 hours per week, 38.4 weeks of the year (term time plus 4 inset days)
*The salary quoted reflects the annual salary for the position at the time of advertising. We are seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join our busy and friendly school office. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the school, supporting staff, students and families while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative systems.
You will provide high-quality reception and administrative support, coordinate key school processes and contribute to delivering a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.

The successful candidate will:
- Provide front-of-house reception support, acting as a first point of contact for visitors, students and parents.
- Manage the school office email inbox and telephone enquiries
- Provide administrative support to Heads of Year and the Pastoral Team.
- Maintain accurate manual and electronic records, including the school MIS.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Has GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above).
- Has strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with staff, students, parents and visitors.
- Is highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Previous experience working in a school environment would be desirable but is not essential.
