Supply Teacher
We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Supply Teacher to provide high-quality teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2 at our Good Ofsted-rated school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all backgrounds and abilities
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them reach their full potential
- Contribute to the design and delivery of a stimulating and enriching curriculum
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment rooted in mutual respect
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider life of the school
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in primary education, with the ability to teach across the key stages
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialist area(s)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in a Church school or understanding of the role of faith in education
- Ability to lead extracurricular activities or contribute to the school's wider provision
- Creativity and adaptability in teaching approaches
