We are seeking an outstanding Senior Administration Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership of administrative services across Twynham School and The Grange School. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in two successful and ambitious schools, leading teams that are fundamental to the daily experience of students, staff, parents and visitors.
This role is about far more than administration. We are looking for someone who can inspire teams, drive continuous improvement, streamline systems and processes, and contribute to the wider success of both schools. Reporting to senior leaders, you will have the opportunity to influence how services are delivered, support organisational priorities and help shape the future development of administrative operations across both sites.

What you will lead
In this key leadership position, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for administrative services across both schools, ensuring high-quality, efficient and consistent support functions.
You will lead and develop administrative, reception and reprographics teams, maintaining high professional standards while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will:
- Lead and develop administrative teams across both schools.
- Drive improvements to systems, processes and service delivery.
- Ensure operational consistency and high standards across multiple sites.
- Use data and operational insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of organisational priorities and operational change initiatives.
- Oversee key administrative functions including admissions administration, educational visits administration, communications and operational support services.
- Provide leadership across both schools, ensuring teams work cohesively and effectively.
- Oversee school communications, marketing and social media activity, ensuring content reflects organisational priorities and brand standards.
- Build positive relationships with staff, parents, visitors and external stakeholders.

- Significant experience leading and developing administrative or operational teams.
- A proven track record of improving systems, processes or service delivery.
- Experience managing change and successfully implementing new ways of working.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to influence, motivate and develop colleagues.
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ICT skills and experience using management information systems.
- A commitment to professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Most importantly, you will be someone who can see the bigger picture while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and ensuring excellent day-to-day service delivery.
This post is 37 hours a week, 40 weeks per year.
