This is an exciting opportunity as Kingsleigh Primary school is looking to recruit a new Year Lead to join our leadership team. We have just received our latest Ofsted inspection in February 2025, where we continued to be a Good school. You will be joining us as we make the next steps in ensuring all our children receive the best, most exemplary, teaching and learning and education possible.

- Is passionate and holds high expectations, encouraging all children to achieve their best.
- Can build positive relationships with parent/carers and the wider community.
- Can demonstrate excellent teaching practice and is able to support, coach and mentor colleagues to improve their own teaching practice.
- Can lead a year group team on a day to day basis, communicating to members of the year team and to the leadership team.
- Can lead the year team to effectively plan the curriculum, including analysing data and pupil progress.
- Will be proud to be a part of our school and will uphold our ethos and values.
- Is enthusiastic about working as part of a team at all levels: year group, phase and school.
- Puts children at the centre of their work.
