About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive professional to join our Housing Options Team as an Inclusion Tenancy Sustainment Officer. • Provide practical advice on budgeting, signposting to debt management, and accessing financial support through grants and charities.
  • Promote digital and financial inclusion through training and referrals.
  • Support tenants in accessing health services, mental health support, and community resources to improve their wellbeing as a step back into work.
  • Work to improve access to work, employment, volunteering or training as a steppingstone into work and provide advice and guidance around job seeking, working with partners, DWP, charities and employers.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate case records using our housing management system

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of supporting individuals with complex needs in a housing or social care setting.
  • Strong understanding of welfare benefits, financial inclusion, and tenancy law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently but also alongside colleagues to promote workforce resilience and development.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Enthusiasm - we want people who want to learn and desire a challenge and have the energy and drive to make a difference to people's lives.

Further Information
