The pay range for this role will be £28,142 to £31,537 (pro rata for part time colleagues)

As a Management Information and Data Officer, the role involves collecting and inputting data, and assisting with the upkeep of a performance management framework. You'll assist with resolving data quality concerns and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the quality of learner data. The role also provides performance data to stakeholders, and offers guidance on the Department for Work and Pensions Connect to Work project.
You’ll handle data in line with regulations, updated documentation for users, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness of ongoing activities and changes. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as is assisting with the development of guidance materials and ensuring compliance with council policies and statutory requirements.
