Dorset Outdoor Education Service are looking for instructors to join the team on a casual basis to supplement the delivery of educational day visits and activity sessions for young people in peak times.

What you can expect to be doing
Seasonal Instructors play a key role in delivering safe, engaging and high quality sessions for schools, groups and community users. Working under the guidance of a both Lead and Senior Instructors, you will support both on site and off site activity delivery, ensuring sessions are prepared and professionally delivered.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and thrives in a busy outdoor environment, especially when helping others learn and grow. You will must hold a current Outdoor First Aid qualification and at least one recognised instructor or coaching award.
You should be confident in working with children and young people and be ablet contribute positively as part of a team.
