Service Support Officer (Triage)

We are seeking a full time enthusiastic and motivated Service Support Officer to join our supportive and caring Adult Safeguarding Team on a fixed term contract (or internal secondment) for up to 12 months.

Our service has adopted a hybrid working approach, offering a combination of home and office working to meet business needs.

You will receive an induction and have access to training opportunities to develop your career.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing safeguarding referrals using our online portal
• Updating data spreadsheets
• Sending out notifications
• Setting up meetings
• Answering the phone as the first point of contact for professionals and providers
• Taking minutes at team meetings and other necessary meetings
