About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a class teacher to join our experienced Key Stage 1 team at Pimperne Primary School, part of Hamwic Education Trust (HET).

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual to play an important role in enabling pupils to have a love of learning, feel safe and motivated to explore and learn to achieve their full learning potential, facilitating their personal, academic, social and moral development in the role of our Reception (EYFS) class teacher.  If you are ready for a new challenge and enjoy working with an organisation where no day will be the same, then please apply.

Currently, the role is for a Reception (EYFS) class teacher post in our single form Primary School class. Please see the job description. An interest in DT or Computing would be desirable, but not essential. We are looking for the right person to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person with experience or understanding of a range of SEND, as well as an awareness of children’s Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

  • Is willing to learn as a reflective practitioner, develop school practice and be part of a team.
  • Loves the role, is committed and enthusiastic and who knows their own wellbeing needs.
