Propagator-Nursery Unit Manager - Kingston Maurward

Do you have a passion for plants and a talent for bringing them to life? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable horticultural professional to lead the production and glasshouse unit at Kingston Maurward.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the propagation and cultivation of highquality plant stock to support our stunning gardens and wider estate. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining a vibrant, handson teaching environment that inspires the next generation of horticulturists.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine enthusiasm for plants and excellent plant knowledge

• Proven experience planning and delivering plant production for specific purposes

• Confidence working with a wide range of people, including staff, students, and volunteers

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
