This is a unique role and opportunity to be part of a new model for education. Although you may have a specific area of subject expertise, you will be adaptable and able to deliver in multiple areas of the curriculum.
You will work closely within a team of teachers, with allocated time, to develop curriculum and resources. The successful candidate will be able to offer engagement, support and challenge to all students. They will be able to accurately assess the progress and achievement of students, groups and cohorts and provide appropriate provision to ensure progress of all is maximised. Ultimately, we are looking for a committed professional with an uncompromising belief that all students deserve an excellent education. They will uphold our inclusive ethos and provide opportunities for all students to progress well.
This post would suit both an ECT at the beginning of their teaching journey or an established teacher ready to take on new opportunities, and as your professional development is important to us, we offer a comprehensive package of CPD opportunities including nationally recognised qualifications that suit all types of career progression. These are widely available, free of charge through the ALI (the Aspirations Learning Institute) at all of the Aspirations Academy schools.
