About the role

Lecturer in Public Services (REQ0071)

About the role:

Are you passionate about preparing the next generation for careers in the uniformed public services? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Public Services Lecturer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching across our growing provision.

You will deliver engaging and industry-relevant lessons across a range of Public Services programmes, supporting students to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for careers in areas such as the police, armed forces, and emergency services. Alongside teaching, you will contribute to assessment, student progress tracking, and provide pastoral support, ensuring all learners are supported to achieve their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and supportive department with strong student recruitment and a focus on delivering outstanding outcomes. We are looking for someone with relevant sector experience, a passion for education, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners. In return, we offer a collaborative working environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to make a real impact on students’ futures.
